An interactive throwback party splits the difference. Everybody gets a custom 5×5 song card and a shot at the prizes — which pulls in the type‑A friend who came to win something. First to five in a row shouts “THAT’S BANGIN’!” And it’s a live DJ set with dance battles and sing‑alongs — which pulls in the friend who’s already up when the horn stab hits. Everyone plays. How It Works

Three rounds. The bride’s era. Every spotlight on her table.

1. You tell us the bride’s era. Late‑90s Aaliyah baby? 2000s Beyoncé girl? Y2K R&B forever? We build the throwback playlist around what she’ll actually know word for word — so every round she’s leaning forward, not politely nodding.
2. We show up with everything. Hype Emcee, DJ, custom song cards, markers, pro sound, prizes. You send us the address and the head count — that’s it. Setup takes 30 minutes.
3. Three interactive music rounds. The bride’s card is the priority card. The DJ spins 30–60 second clips, the squad locks in every title they hear, and the Hype Emcee verifies every “THAT’S BANGIN’!” Prizes get customized for her — bachelorette sash, “Team Bride” swag, custom trophies, whatever you send us. Between rounds: lip‑sync showdowns, dance battles, and the room lit for the group photo she’ll actually post.

Venues That Work

Where we’ve set up before.

• Airbnb / vacation rental — living room + backyard. Needs ~15 feet of clear space for the DJ table and dance floor.
• Restaurant private room — we coordinate with the venue on sound levels. Most private rooms handle a throwback party just fine.
• Hotel event space — if the wedding is at a hotel, we run the bachelorette in the same building the night before.
• Rooftop / patio — NJ + NYC rooftops in summer. Weather backup plan required.
• Home / backyard — block off the driveway for parking. Neighbors get invited.

Pricing

What it costs.

Pricing depends on group size, venue location, and add‑ons. Send an inquiry with the details and we’ll come back with a fixed quote within 24 hours — no back and forth.

A rough range: 10–20 person bachelorette in NJ starts around $600–900. Larger groups and NYC rooftops scale up from there. Wedding-adjacent booking discounts if you also book us for the rehearsal dinner or bridal shower.

We are based in NY/NJ. Within 50 miles of NYC is our standard travel area; further out, we just tack on simple travel lines. A 50% deposit holds your calendar date.

FAQ

Things brides ask before they book.

• How far in advance do we need to book?

  Weekends 4–6 weeks out. Peak wedding season (May, June, September, October) fills 8+ weeks ahead. Weeknights are usually open with 2 weeks’ notice. A 50% deposit holds your calendar date.

• Can the throwback playlist be all R&B (or all 2000s, or all Beyoncé)?

  Yes. That’s the whole point of the custom playlist. Tell us the theme and we build every music round around it. All-Beyoncé nights have been done.

• Can we throw the party at a park or the beach?

  Public parks — usually not (permit + power required). Private beach club rentals — yes, we’ve set up at Belmar and LBI.

• Do you handle prizes or do we bring them?

  Either. We bring the premium prize loot, or we use whatever you supply (sash, tumbler, “Team Bride” merch). The round-three prize is usually something bigger — that’s on you.

• Is there an age limit?

  Our public tour shows are strictly 30 & Up. Private events follow your rules and your venue’s — the venue’s policy applies for alcohol.

• How long is the night?

  About 3 hours total. Setup is 30 minutes, three interactive music rounds run about 90 minutes with dance breaks, then the DJ keeps going until you cut it off. Extendable in 30-minute increments.
